1.    You have a valid Passport (At least six months valid)
2.    Two passport size photos
3.    Necessary documents are available
4.    A PDF Viewer is necessary to view and print the application form

PAYMENT OF VISA FEES  (For Berlin und the new Bundesländer)

The visa fee can be paid in cash at the reception counter of the embassy of India, Berlin.

In case the fee has been directly transferred to the Embassy account, kindly include the original transfer form with the seal of the bank as proof of the payment.
 

Please Note:

Please transfer the visa fee only to the Embassy or consulate from where you are applying for the visa. No checks or EC cards will be accepted. Do not send any cash in bar by post. The visa fee once paid will not be refunded.
 

Anmerkung:

1.         Paß- und Konsulargebühren sollten nur auf das Konto der betreffenden indischen Vertretung überwiesen werden, die für das Bundesland zuständing ist, in dem Sie wohnen.

Passport and Consular fee should be deposited only in the concerned Indian Mission’s account which has jurisdiction over the state of your residence.

2.         Wenn die Visageühr über das Konto  der Post bank eingezahlt wird, wird der Antrag erst nach der Gutschrift der Gebühr auf dem Konto der Vertretung weiterbeartbeitet, was normalerwise etwa sieben Tage dauert.

If visa fee is deposited through post bank account processing will be done only after actual receipt of fee in mission’s account which normally takes about seven days.

3.         Dem Visumantrag auf dem Posttweg, muß ein genügend frankierter und adressierter Umschalg beigelegt werden um den Paß per Einschreiben zurücksendeen zu können.

Visa applications sent by Post should be accompanied by a self-addressed envelope with appropriate postage stamps affixed on it so that passport(s) could be returned by registered post after visa affixation.
